Vettam is a legal intelligence platform that handles sensitive professional information. We treat your data — and your clients' data — with the same confidentiality obligations you hold as a legal professional.

What we collect

We collect account information (name, email, firm name), usage data (queries, documents you create, features you use), and payment information processed through our payment provider. We do not sell your data.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the Vettam service. We do not use your queries, documents, or client data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Data security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access controls are enforced at the row level. Enterprise plans include audit logs for all data access events.

Data residency

Your data is stored in India-region cloud infrastructure. We do not transfer personal or client data outside India without your explicit permission.

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings or by contacting us at privacy@vettam.ai.
